4. Source Code (2011) - In this action thriller, a soldier awakens in the body of a commuter on a train that is about to detonate. He then has to relive the last eight minutes of the rider's life in order to track down the bomber.

5. The Commuter (2018) - On his regular trip home, a businessman unknowingly becomes involved in a criminal conspiracy on a train.

6. Snowpiercer (2013) - In a dismal future, humanity's final survivors dwell aboard a round-the-world train that is always travelling.

7. Both in 1974 and 2017, Murder on the Orient Express This murder mystery, which is based on an Agatha Christie novel, takes place on the opulent Orient Express as it travels from Istanbul to Calais.

8. Runaway Train (1985) - Two prisoners break out of a maximum-security facility and board a train that is speeding towards disaster.
